Neither rain, nor snow, nor sleet.....

So we start our trek to the great northwest, by driving from home sweet home in Murray to Boise, to stay the night, then continue on our way. Well, those of you who know me, know I LOVE to plan trips, and always take my verification papers with me. So we get to Boise, and I realize I not only don't have the verification number, I don't remember the name of the hotel either, only that it was a Marriot property on the 'Eagle' exit. Long story short (too late, you say)we found the hotel, a nice place away from the freeway with a very comfy bed and yummy breakfast....phew.....
So....the next chilly morning, we set off for Bellevue. Someone forgot to tell the weather man, and we had snow. more snow. and did I mention snow? Drove past One rollover, one slideoff, an army of 18 wheelers pulled off to the side putting chains on their tires...amd piles and piles of snow. What a relief when we saw the sign for Bellevue! We pulled into the parking lot of our complex, spotted the Elders, who helped us unload the 'freight train' (what Larry calls the 'burb). We opened the door to our apartment, and the furniture fairy had been here and we had the cutest furniture all set up and ready to go. What a day!

  4. Well, it was a minor nip, not really a bite. Gary just wanted the peanut, not the fingertip.
Gary brought a friend yesterday. Looking for a name for him (it)
